We will educate you on locations, communities, and the process of buying a new home from start to finish – we will be with you for home tours, handle negotiations, guide your financing process, ensure inspections are complete, and the sellers meet their obligations to you. We will be right there with you at closing and make sure you understand every part of the home buying process.
Financing is one of the most important considerations when buying a new home – there are different mortgage programs to review, and lenders to select based on their rates and service reputation. Before you even start looking for your new home, you want to pay down debt balances, set aside your down payment and closing funds, and never open new credit accounts the same year you will apply for your mortgage, or after applying for a mortgage until after closing (this means waiting until after after closing to finance new furnishings and appliances!)
